Consultancy & Advisory
Typically a step before a Retained Executive Search is instructed. Linking perhaps to Succession Planning to determine whether an external hire is needed. This would work closely with business partners & leadership stakeholders.
Fees typically based on time allocation at £850 + VAT p/day (Ltd Outside IR35 only).
Research & Market Insights
Again, perhaps a pre-stage that goes on to mature in to a full search. Here you may simply wish to gain intelligence and insights in to competitors, reward benchmarks, structured assessment processes without the commitment or exposure to an external hire.
Fees can either be based on time allocation at £850 + VAT p/day (Ltd Outside IR35 only) or, an agreed Package of Works paid 50% Retainer + 50% Delivery of Outputs.
